Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING: Actually there is no shipping in our business as we offer services; and these services need to be picked up by the buyer (or the gift receiver).
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the Voucher Code to be handed to the service provider after the service redemption. This means you are invited to take action and contact the service provider using the given contact details on the confirmation mail. The service provider will use the Voucher Code to withdraw his money from his 7jades account.

REDEMPTION PERIOD: You have 12 months after the purchase date to redeem your service. Make sure you keep the email information at a safe place in your Outlook calendar, as an email in your cell phone or printed out in your purse. If necessary we can also resend the information on demand.

REFUND: In case you are unhappy with the service provided please let us know within 24 hours after the service redemption. We will act as intermediary between you and the service provider and if necessary refund a percentage or the total amount.
