Service 11/15
3 hours - You will prepare 3 kinds of macarons from scratch using seasonal and fresh ingredients only.
Pino will guide you through the recipes as well as show you some of the great tips he learned along his 10 years of experience as a Pastry chef in France, Italy and USA.
You might prepare chocolate, raspberry, lime or rosemary macarons (for example). All the macarons bake (around 3 dozen) will be for you to take home.
Please note that due to time constraints some of the ingredients will be prepared in advance as they need to rest overnight, however you will be taken through each step of preparation during the class.
