2.5 hours - Gourmet delights in a casual atmosphere - You will prepare 6 pastries or desserts from scratch using only seasonal ingredients and fresh products.
The chef will guide you through the recipes and will show you some of the great tips learned along his or her years of experience as a Pastry chef.
You might prepare some desserts like creme brulee, molten chocolate cake or goufflé au Grand Marnier, but also some madeleine or poached pears with red wine and spices...
After the class you can eat it all or you can choose to take it home with you (except for the creme brulee) to share with the people you love.
