Cooking Class Thai

2 hours - This Thai cooking class is perfect for beginners who want to learn the secrets to preparing genuine Thai cuisine. With a focus on hands-on cooking and under the watchful eye of our recommended Master Chef, you'll be preparing delicious dishes in no time at all!

If you've ever wanted to create mouth-watering Thai cuisine, then this cooking class is the perfect opportunity to learn how!

Throughout the cooking class, you will learn how to find these ingredients for yourself, and discover first hand from your Master Chef some of his best kept secrets! You will dazzle your friends and family with your ability to produce authentic and delicious dishes from the North-East Issan region of Thailand with this 100% hands-on cooking class.

Following a few simple demonstrations, you will start preparing your Thai dishes one at a time under his watchful eye and gentle instructions. During this class, you will prepare two entrees and three main course dishes.

An example of the menu might be:

• Salade de boeufs aux épices
• Curry vert et nouilles croustillantes
• Riz gluant coco & mangue

On completion of his class, you are welcome to either take home your creations or share them as a group with a complementary wine or beverage of your choice. You will also receive recipes for each of the dishes you prepared during the class.
