- GIFT - If you wish to offer a gift to someone special simply forward the voucher email you will receive after purchase along with some nice personal words.
- REFUND - Your payment is stored on our website until you claim the service using the provided voucher code. In case you are unsatisfied with the service provided please contact us at feedback@7jades.com. Under certain circumstances we will launch an arbitration process which may lead to a partial or total refund to the buyer minus a 10% administration fee.
- WHITE LABELING - The service provider's brand and contact details will remain invisible until purchase.
- REDEMPTION PERIOD - The service redemption voucher is valid for 12 months after the date of purchase. It must be claimed within this period. Afterwards it will be invalid.
- VOUCHER CODE - To redeem the service the voucher code must be presented to the service provider. The voucher code may be used only once during the redemption period by anyone (buyer or gift receiver).
